whether it’s one session or a longer process, you’ll slow down and listen to what your body needs.

Here are a few offerings I provide to support clients in restoring their vitality and wisdom:

Free Consultation

Let’s see if this method is right for you. Schedule a free 30-mins consult through my contact page. Ask me any questions, let me know what you’d like to work on, and we’ll listen together to discern if this form of somatic work is what will best serve you.

Initial Assessments

a 75-minute foot assessment and bodywork session to start a process. Similar to reflexology, the Grinberg Method uses the feet as a map of the entire body. While in dialog with you, I’ll look at your feet and together we’ll develop an aim for our work together. Learn more about a process and aim below.

Recurring Sessions

a 60-minute bodywork session as a part of a process. Schedule one or more sessions at a time. Recommended weekly. For clients who have already had an initial assessment.

What is a Process?

A Grinberg Method Process is a series of 1-on-1 sessions personalized for a clients needs. During an initial assessment, we'll identify the pattern or behavior that’s really getting in the way of your life.

We'll also agree on an aim to guide your process. An aim is the reason you've come for this work; what you wish to get from our time together.

A few examples of aims include:

  • relief from chronic pain

  • becoming less controlled by financial stress

  • believing in yourself

  • asserting yourself with ease, even in the face of authority

  • expressing yourself verbally or physically

  • connecting more easily with others

  • allowing yourself to feel pleasure and joy

  • making clear authentic choices

A consent-first practice

I use trauma-informed language and practices to make sure you know that you’re in the driver’s seat during our sessions. Sessions can be intense, bringing you into contact with your emotions, and potentially traumatic memories in order to allow the body to complete held traumas.

I listen to your body’s needs, invite challenges where I think they’re needed, and ultimately, you get the final say in the work we do and the pace with which we do it.

Commitment & Pricing

This method is most effective as a series of sessions rather than a one-off session. Many clients incorporate this into their weekly routine, although biweekly or monthly sessions as a part of a process can also be supportive. I recommend committing to at least 4-8 sessions as a part of a process. You can decide at any time if you'd no longer wish to continue.

I offer sliding scale pricing in order to sustain my livelihood and my continued learning in this methodology, while also providing care that's accessible regardless of socio-economic status. If my scale still feels inaccessible, please reach out to me via the Contact page.
