I offer Somatic Bodywork Sessions to care workers of all kinds using the Grinberg Method®.

Release chronic stress, break learned habits, and find joy and resilience in these uncertain times.

Sessions help you feel, recognize, and move beyond the conditioned patterns that have left you burnt out, unsure, defensive, and disconnected from yourself and others.

What is the Grinberg Method®?

The Grinberg Method® is a somatic learning approach that uses touch, breath work, and directed attention to:

  • Identify the habitual patterns keeping you in pain, stress, or limitation

  • Interrupt what repetition has made automatic

  • Develop a new relationship with your body and your experience

Here are some shifts people experience through a Grinberg Method process:

Embodied Wisdom You become more attuned to what your body is actually doing — the bracing, the holding, the habits of attention — and what those signals are trying to tell you.

Stress and Burnout Relief By working directly with tension in the body rather than around it, sessions support real nervous system relief — not just temporary relaxation.

Working with the Grinberg Method is a collaborative effort — you bring your attention, I facilitate your process.

What you can expect:

  • Guided body awareness — learning to track sensation, breath, and habit in real time

  • Personalized sessions — tailored to what you're actually carrying, not a generic protocol

  • Practical learning — tools and awareness you take with you into daily life

Sessions are a good fit if you:

  • Feel stuck in patterns that talk therapy hasn't been able to reach

  • Want a holistic approach that treats the body as intelligent, not just symptomatic

  • Are ready to do real work — and curious about what your body has to teach you

How it works:

  • Initial session — we explore what brings you here, what you're carrying, and how we might work together. Part talking, part bodywork.

  • Ongoing sessions — each session guides your attention into the body through touch, breath, movement, and verbal direction

  • Integration — you'll leave with something concrete: a felt sense, a new awareness, a practice to carry forward

Sessions are conducted on a massage table, however, the work is not a soothing massage. You can expect mild-intense degrees of discomfort during sessions in service of greater longterm well-being.
